Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refund: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Rejected Refund: If the returned product does not meet the specified criteria, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
